Centred with a pear shape brilliant cut diamond in a raised claw setting, spiralling to top and bottom with tapering baguette cut rubies and diamonds in channel and claw settings, to a screw cluster design with three-dimensional settings, curving claws and intricately pierced open gallery, flanked to either side with trumpeting split shoulders which join to a double shank. Marked platinum and iridium. Maker's mark for Oscar Heyman Brothers.
